Holiday Events In Davenport, Iowa
The Vander Veer Conservatory at 215 W. Central Ave. in Davenport, Iowa presents their popular Poinsettia and Lights display until January 13. Also available to admire are the outdoor lights in the park that can be seen after dark every night during the extended hours that run from 7 p.m. on the following dates: December 3, 10, and 17.
Also among the free events to experience in the Quad Cities is a festive light show at the Fejervary Learning Center. The park and watch holiday light show is a free show that last approximately 15 minutes. New shows start every 30 minutes beginning at 5 p.m. from November 26 through January 8 at 1800 W. 12th St., Davenport, Iowa.
Works from students at Davenport's Creative Arts Academy create a spectacular lighted Advent calendar at the German American Heritage Center. Located at 712 W. 2nd Street, Davenport, each night is unique as a new window is lit up each night starting on December 1-24.
